Our ABA Therapy Process

The total process can take two (2) weeks to four (4) weeks, depending on insurance processing time. 

Consultation

Schedule a free consultation. One of our team members will contact you for follow up!

Step 1
Evaluation

One of our Team Members will guide you through the process, including reviewing company information, filling out intake forms, and scheduling an assessment with our clinical director.

Step 2
Financial 
options

Treatment plan will be created.

Insurance: Your treatment plan will be submitted to your insurance provider for approval.

Private Pay: Financial guidelines will be reviewed.

Step 3
Start Therapy

Insurance: Once the treatment plan is approved, we will finalize hours, meet your team, and start your journey. 

Private Pay: We will review your treatment plan, meet your team, and start your journey.
