One of our Team Members will guide you through the process, including reviewing company information, filling out intake forms, and scheduling an assessment with our clinical director.

Financial

Treatment plan will be created.
Insurance: Your treatment plan will be submitted to your insurance provider for approval.
Private Pay: Financial guidelines will be reviewed.
Step 3
Start Therapy
Insurance: Once the treatment plan is approved, we will finalize hours, meet your team, and start your journey.
Private Pay: We will review your treatment plan, meet your team, and start your journey.
